Mobile Dust Extractor – Schuko Vacomat 300 XP

The Vacomat 300 XP large mobile dust extractor is the ideal dust extraction system for vigorous multi-machine extraction. Impressive airflows of up to 6,000 m³/h are possible with this clean air extraction system, perfect for CNC machines or wide belt sanders. As standard, the Vacomat 300 XP comes with an automatic controller. The dust extractor fan starts automatically when an attached machine is turned on ensuring extraction will begin immediately. Very high, fine dust and chips are collected and discharged to four dust-tight plastic sack-lined chip collection tanks (4 x 120 l). A negative pressure duct holds the film sacks in place within the collection tank. Windows facilitate easy inspection of the dust/chip. The Vacomat 300 XP has the option of being combined with various chip discharge systems and accessories upon request. Once all connected machines are off the filter bags are cleaned automatically. The Schuko patented filter ‘shake-off’ process cleans the filter bags by a joint pneumatic and mechanical action.
