Mobile Dust Extractor – Schuko Vacomat 350 XP TWIN

The large Vacomat 350 XP TWIN mobile dust extractor is energy efficient. Two frequency-regulated motors (5.5 kW each) ensure suitably adjusted extraction performance, especially with variable operating conditions. The Vacomat only uses the amount of energy needed to run and no more. This dust extractor has an impressive airflow capacity of 10,000 m³/h and is the ideal suction unit for the extraction of dust from large CNC machines or small to medium-sized workshops. As standard, the intuitive and highly intelligent controller automates the extraction process with the machines connected as a group. Automatic extraction begins as soon as a connected machine is switched on. Fans only start as needed depending on performance. If the performance requirements are low, only one fan starts. As soon as multiple extraction points turn on, the second fan will switch on automatically. Filter bags are automatically cleaned when the operation pauses, and all attached machine tools are off. Then Schuko’s patented pneumatic-mechanical ‘filter shaking process’ gently cleans through a ‘shaking out’ action The dust and chips collected are discharged to four dust-tight plastic sack-lined chip collection tanks (4 x 120 l). A negative pressure duct holds the film sacks in place in the tank. Inspection windows allow the level of dust and chip to be checked. Various discharge systems can be combined with the Vacomat 350 XP TWIN.
