The Holytek YRT-D100, YRT-D200 double end rectangular tenoner is designed to produce rectangular and circular tenons and is equipped with an intuitive PLC control combined with a touch screen and a fully automatic tenoning operation for high production output. For increased efficiency and productivity, the cutting tenons are simultaneously at both ends. The cutter feed speed is controlled by a frequency enabling variable speed change, the workpiece magazine enables fully automatic operation and the workpiece feed slideways are equipped with precision linear motion guides, ensuring fast and stable feed motions.
