Advanced Technology. Exceptional Precision.

At the heart of the T77 is Martin’s innovative DualDrive swivel drive system. This technology allows the saw console to be positioned across a 93° swivel range, with an accuracy of up to 0.01°.

The DualDrive system is also designed to be completely insensitive to dirt and wear, helping maintain reliable positioning accuracy even in the demanding conditions of a busy workshop.

The saw blade can be configured to swivel up to +47° to the right, or, with the two-sided swivel option, from –46° to +47°. This provides exceptional flexibility and enables unique cutting angles that would be difficult to achieve with conventional sliding table saws.

Powerful Cutting Performance

With an impressive 205 mm maximum cutting height, the Martin T77 is capable of handling large crosscut sections while maintaining the high level of precision expected from a Martin machine.

Motor configurations start at 4.0 kW or 5.5 kW, depending on the model, while drive powers of up to 15 kW are available for applications demanding additional cutting performance.

The saw speed can be infinitely adjusted between 1,500 and 5,500 rpm, allowing the cutting speed to be precisely matched to the material and application. This flexibility helps operators achieve optimum cutting results across different materials and requirements.

Intelligent Control

The Martin T77 combines traditional mechanical engineering excellence with modern digital control.

A choice of control system options is available, including a 7-inch touchscreen and 11-inch or 12.9-inch iPad control, with cloud-based technologies also being introduced.

The rip fence can be operated using an electrically positioned system or remotely via the machine’s operating system, giving operators greater control and convenience during everyday production.
