CNC – Drilling and Dowel Inserting Machine DRILLTEQ D-200
The Homag Drillteq D-200 for horizontal drilling and doweling can be used as a standalone machine or connected to a CNC processing centre. It features a vibration conveyor for an automatic and reliable feed of standard dowels (8×30 mm or 8×35 mm). The high-speed doweling and drilling unit makes for more efficient precision processing. Length and thickness of up to 8 clamping cylinders are manually adjustable. The side and centre stops are lowered, pneumatically for flexible handling. This economical machine operates at a low noise level and is equipped with a compact low-pressure glue pump which consumes little energy.
