Extraction Sanding Table – Schuko SAT

The Schuko SAT extraction sanding table is the workstation suitable for all sanding tasks. The rear wall can fold down to accommodate bulky work. Additional options, available upon request include vacuum clamps to ensure safety and ease of machining. Also, the SAT extraction table has the option of being supplied with wheels as a mobile system. Through dust extraction holes, chips and dust are collected consistently over the entire table surface with the integrated suction function. Without creating draughts, the filtered air is conveyed back into the workshop according to the recirculation principle. The felt-lined work surface is extremely robust and can even withstand point loads of 75 kg per 400 cm². As standard, the SAT series comes equipped with a manual filter bag cleaning system which is ideal for fine sanding of wood. For machining filler or pigmented coatings, Schuko recommends the SATp series with pneumatic filter regeneration. Extracted chip and dust material are collected in two dust collection trays. The trays can be pulled out, removed, and vacuumed out with an industrial vacuum cleaner. An SAT sanding dust extraction table contributes to reducing the overall dust and runs at a low noise level in the workplace.
