The ME-423 4 spindle planers with moulder, feature a speed of 6-25 M/min a working width of 10 – 230 mm, working thickness from 7 – 125 mm and a minimum working length of 230 mm. For maximum ease of operation, all motion controls of the machine are in one convenient master control panel. A function symbol makes each switch easily identified.

This compact 5 head-spindle moulder is very suitable for cabinet makers and timber joiners in fine woodworking moulding. It comes with 5 powered pneumatic upper-pressure rollers and one powered bottom roller to ensure smooth feeding. The infeed table and infeed fence are adjusted by two separate levers located at the infeed end of the machine. Hard- chrome table comes as standard. An overhead protection device is provided at the infeed end of the machine this device restricts workpieces that are over the maximum height. All spindle adjustment controls are easily accessible and located at the front of this machine. A mechanical digital readout on each spindle assures accurate reading for any spindle adjustment.

ME-523U, ME-623U

The flexible six head spindle planer/moulder with universal spindle means one additional spindle on each side. It can be used as a top/bottom/left or right side and set at any angle. This all-round spindle increases the function of the machine. The spindle can be adjusted from the front lock position. This six-spindle planer/moulder features feed speeds from 6 – 25 M/min is capable of working width of 10 – 230 mm and thicknesses from 7 – 125 mm.
