The Holytek auto raised panel door machine is an incredibly efficient machine. All five components of a raised panel door can be processed in less than 5-minutes by a single operator. This range features a stackable spindle which locates different cutter locations at the touch of a switch, eliminating any time lost for setting up. Brazed or insert tooling is available as an option. Also, this range features door templates including four-panel arches and four matching rails for different door sizes. To achieve this lower the roller to the required template level to produce an arched panel or rail. There are three models in this range with the main spindle driving power from 7-7/2HP – 10HP, a main spindle diameter from 30m/m – 40m/m and maximum working lengths of 1000 m/m (LH-1000-AT) 1400 m/m (LH-1400-AT) and 2200 m/m (LH-2200-AT).
