Holytek Cross Cut-off Saw – HCS-14, HCS-18, HCS-24, HCS-30

Holytek crosscut saws offer fast cutting and maximum operational safety, designed for efficiency and speed at a reasonable cost. This series offers three models with 14”, 18” and 24” blade diameters.

HCS-14

The HCS-14 has optional cutting capacities of (thickness x width) 1” x 10”, 2” x 9” or 3” x 8”. Ensuring high cut accuracy, the stripped table surface is precision ground. Powered by a robust high torque 5HP motor this crosscut saw has an impressive high-speed cutting rate of up to 95 strokes per minute with cycle speeds adjustable. Motion cycles are operated pneumatically and controlled by a convenient footswitch. An emergency stop switch is a standard feature with this saw model.

HCS-18

The HCS-18 has cut off capacities of (thickness x width) 2” x 12”, 3” x 11” and 4” x 10”. Ensuring high cut accuracy, the stripped table surface is precision ground. Powered by a robust high torque 7HP motor this crosscut saw has an impressive high-speed cutting rate of up to 70 strokes per minute with cycle speeds adjustable. Motion cycles are operated pneumatically and controlled by a convenient footswitch. An emergency stop switch is a standard feature with this saw model.

HCS-24

The HCS-24 has cutting capacities of (thickness x width) 2” x 21”, 4” x 19”, 6” x 15” or 8”x 8”. Powered by a robust high torque 10HP motor drive this saw is capable of a high-speed cutting rate of up to 40 strokes per minute with cycle speeds adjustable. Pneumatically operated motion cycles are conveniently controlled by a footswitch. Cutting thickness adjustments are carried out using a control knob with the fitted rule gauge providing an accurate and reliable reading of sawblade protrusion over the table. An emergency stop switch and safety guard for security are as standard.
