Holytek offers the new range of cross-cut off saw with rotary table, cutting angle from -45ᴼ to +45ᴼ and optional CE safety guard, computerised auto sizing system. Also, with extra size of 30”, 36” cutting saw blade capacity for large stock.

HCS-508, HCS-610,
These highly productive high speed cut off saws with their specially designed rotary table makes angular cutting easy, quick, and extremely accurate.

The HCS-508 runs on a 7.5 HP motor, features a ø 20” saw blade and a cutting speed of 35-45 cuts/min. This 920 x 630 mm saw table can swivel left and right to a maximum of 45ᴼ. The clamping mechanism is mounted with linear guideways.

The HCS-610 runs on a 10 HP motor features a ø 20” saw blade and a cutting speed of 30-40 cuts/min. This 1150 x 750 mm saw table can swivel left and right to a maximum of 45ᴼ. The clamping mechanism is driven by an air cylinder in combination with linear guideways. Installation of anti-bump rubber prevents excessive clamp bumping.

HCS-30
The HCS-30 runs on a 15 HP motor with the option of 20 HP.  Featuring motion cycles which are pneumatically operated and conveniently controlled by a footswitch and a fast cutting rate up to 10-15 times per minute with adjustable cycle speeds. This 1280 x 820 mm table saw has the option of a 30” sawblade. Adjusting normal cutting thickness is carried out using a knob to modify the cutting size according to scale.

HCS-36
The HCS-36 is a rugged machine which runs on a powerful 25 HP sawblade motor and has a spacious 1460 x 880 mm table. This machine accommodates ø36” sawblade as an option for exceptional cutting capacity, with cutting speeds from 10-15 cuts/min the saw is available with a powered roller conveyor table as an option. For safety protection, the saw features a delay timer. The easy to adjust or replace the transmission belt ensures maintenance is quick and simple.
