Holytek Sorting Cut-Off Saw – SC-230, SC-230E, SC-303

The Holytek SC series are highly advanced sorting cut off saws which set a new standard for furniture manufacturing and material preparation. These saws come equipped with a fluorescent crayon for marking.  Incorporated with a photocell to automatically detect defective parts and a high-performance AC servo motor driving the infeed conveyor system for precise positioning.  These saws are proving to be economically efficient as various lengths and quantities can be set as desired (standard 12 sizes and optional 24 sizes) and cut data stored. The machine also includes a variety of cutting modes to meet your most challenging cutting requirements.

SC-230

The SC-230 saw can process cut thicknesses of 12-27mm, cut widths from 30-230 mm and has a minimum cutting length of 50mm. With a minimum infeed length of 450 mm, the SC-230 has a feed speed of 100-190m/min and a cutting speed of 140 pcs per min when the constant cutting length is 50 mm.

SC-230E

The SC-230E saw can cut thicknesses of 12-75 mm and widths from 30-230 mm and has a minimum cutting length of 50 mm. With a minimum infeed length of 30 mm, the SC-230E has a feeding speed of 50-130m/min and a cutting speed of 140 pcs per min when the constant cutting length is 50 mm.

SC-303

The SC-303 has a cutting thickness of 12-115mm and can cut widths from 40-300mm. This saw has a minimum cutting length of 50mm. With a minimum infeed length of 200mm and a feeding speed of 0-100m/min, this saw has a cutting speed of 60 pcs per min when the original wood length is 6M, the constant length is 50mm.
