Mobile Dust Extraction Systems – Schuko Vacomat 140/160 XP(e)

The Vacomat 140/160 XP(e) mobile dust extractor is Schuko’s smallest, most compact model in the Vacomat series. It is the perfect unit for single-machine extraction, in workshops where space is limited. This negative pressure extraction unit allows airflow up to 1,593 m³/h, making it ideal for very fine dust from woodworking machines such as panel saws, planers or thicknessers. As standard, extraction is started manually with the simple push of a button. Available upon request, there is also the option of an automatic fan start-up when the connected machine is on. The Vacomat 140/160 XP(e) is ready for immediate use as it is delivered to you preassembled so extraction can begin as soon as the unit is connected to power. The dust and chips are discharged to a dust-tight collection tank (240 l) which is lined with a plastic sack. There are windows provided for inspecting the dust/chip level. For reliable operation, the mobile dust unit monitors the extraction performance via a load cell.
