Mobile Dust Extractor – Schuko Vacomat 350 XP

The Vacomat 350 XP is a large dust extractor filtration system for powerful multi-machine extraction. This clean air extraction system can reach airflows of up to 7,950 m³/h for CNC machines, wide belt sanders or complete workshops. The Vacomat 350 XP comes with an automatic controller as standard. When an attached machine is on, the dust extractor fan will start automatically, extraction then begins immediately. Like most dust extractors from Schuko, the Vacomat 350 XP is delivered to you preassembled, ready to be connected to the power for immediate use. Once power is off for all connected machinery cleaning of the SchukoCone filter bags will start automatically. Schuko’s patented filter ‘shake-off process’ cleans the filter bags by a joint pneumatic and mechanical action. Chips and very high levels of fine dust are collected by the extractor and discharged into four dust-tight plastic sack-lined chip collection tanks (4 x 120 l). A negative pressure duct holds these film sacks in place within the extractors collection tank. There are inspection windows to check the dust/chip level. Additionally, upon request, a level monitor to prevent the chip tanks from overflowing can be installed. Schuko offers a range of various discharge systems which can combine with the Vacomat 350 XP.
