Mobile Dust Extractors – Schuko Vacomat 200 XP/200 XPe

The Vacomat 200 XP(e) mobile dust extractors have three-chip collection tanks. It is the ideal filtration system for single- or multi-machine extraction. Reliable airflows of up to 2,495 m³/h are possible with its negative pressure system, which is ideal for, dust extraction from panel saws and bandsaws amongst many more machines. As standard, extraction is started manually with the simple push of a button. Available upon request, there is also the option of an automatic fan start-up when the connected machine is on. This dust extractor comes equipped with externally loaded filter bags and delivered to you preassembled. All you must do is simply plug in and use immediately. Very high, fine dust and chips are discharged to three dust-tight plastic sack-lined chip collection tanks (3 x 160 l). In the collection tank, a negative pressure duct holds the film sack in place. There are windows provided for inspecting the chip and dust level. Additionally, there is an option for the installation of a level monitor to prevent overflow. The Schuko mobile dust extractor monitors the extraction performance via a load cell to ensure maximum operational reliability. Rather than discharging to three-chip collection tanks, the extractor can be combined with a Schuko briquetting press to enable low dust disposal.
