The Schuko SuperMax I & II paint mist extraction walls provide optimal air quality during spraying. The job is positioned in front of the extraction wall and sprayed in the direction of the extraction surface. All SuperMax paint mist extraction systems include the ‘Schuko effect’. The introduction of turbulence into the paint mist improves the suction power. Overspray directly collected by the extraction system is trapped by the front cardboard filter, here the paint particles enter the retention pockets, where they accumulate and cure. Followed by a non-woven fibreglass filter and a fine filter through which any remaining solids are filtered out. The clean air is then discharged outside the building by the exhaust air ducts of the exhaust system leading through the wall or ceiling. Due to the removal of air, the extraction results in negative pressure in the spray booth an adequate supply of fresh air to the working area is a requirement. Air make-up units are suitable for that task. Schuko supply the option of a heat exchanger to enable the use of the heat from the exhaust air to heat the new fresh air for reduced heating costs. With the low depth of just 800 mm, this mist extraction wall can be installed on the wall to save valuable space. The low-cost filter mats are accessed easily for quick and simple replacement. Drop pans with a bevelled edge are additional accessories which keep the workshop floor clean. The low-cost spray wall is manufactured as a compact construction and meets the high-quality standard you would expect from Schuko. You can rest assured that the Schuko SuperMax I & II paint mist extraction wall meets all safety requirements for spraying tasks.
