Sanding Extraction Table – Schuko Octopus

The Schuko Octopus sanding dust extraction table is the ultimate workbench for dust-free sanding. Choose from table lengths ranging from 1.3 to 3.3 m² to suit any size of workspace or job. The sanding table is manufactured from trapezoidal pressed sheet steel allowing the table surface to have an impressive loading capacity of 150 kg. Complete with dust extraction openings and lined with a robust felt to provide a non-damaging surface for workpieces. The height of the table is adjustable manually or mechanically to suit the needs of the user. Operations are capable from a seated position. The dust extraction table has passed tests by DGUV for wood dust (under GS-HO-11, BGI 739-1) This Octopus workbench has an integrated control and connection panel with locking main switch, two sockets and two quick-connect couplings for connecting air tools. With the vacuum clamping device including pull-out support, even upright workpieces can be secured. Sanding tables in the Octopus series are developed for connecting to pre-existing extraction systems. There is an option for the installation of a motorised gate valve between the workbench and the extraction system connection so that when the valve is activated, it will automatically open and start the extraction. Automatic extraction starting via the workbench is also an option.
