Surface/Thickness Planer – Martin T32

The Martin T32 combined surface/thickness planer is a compact machine that delivers high quality, efficient planning, and thicknessing results. The spring support enables the table to be folded up quickly and easily, with an electrical option available on request. The fence runs precisely across the table without tilting. The auxiliary fence, available as standard, is already integrated into the main fence enabling workpieces to be fed safely over the T32’s machine table. The user-friendly control system enables the removal of large chips up to 8 mm. Fine planing can work down to a residual thickness of 3 mm. This surface/thickness planer has a 5.5 kW motor as standard with the option of 7.5 kW. As standard, the machine offers a 5,000-rpm cutter block speed with the optional upgrade to 6,000 rpm. The Cutter block diameter is 120 mm, the planning height is 3 – 250 mm and the planning width is 530 mm. Standard feed speeds for this machine are 6 | 12 m/min with the option to upgrade to 5 – 20 m/min continuous.
