Sander – Martin Q-FIN

The Martin Q-FIN Sander for ‘Quality Finishing’ window processing. Quality finishing achieved through fine cross-cutting, the wood fibres running lengthwise are cut at right angles for smooth definition, which is not possible to achieve as high a standard when using the conventional methods. The following applications of water-based preservatives and paints the fibres will not straighten up again and the surface will remain smooth. Sanding in between coats is no longer necessary with this Martin sander which lowers production costs in the long run. Through the intuitive touch-sensitive display, the machine functions in a quick and user-friendly manner. Easy to follow menus effectively reduce setup time and ensure high-quality results every time. The maximum working dimensions of the sander are 250 x 250 mm and a minimum of 10 x 10 mm. The database on the QFIN allows the logging and storage of up to 100 different programmes, which can be organised into a set of 40 programmes each containing 24 programmes allowing the operator to store a comprehensive product range on the machine.
