Vacuum Lifter – MobyLift TC-120

MobyLift TC-120

The MobyLift TC-120 is the ideal vacuum lifter for furniture manufacturers and interior builders to pick up wooden boards and panels from a stack and place them on a (horizontal or vertical) table saw or CNC-milling machine. This facilitates easy transportation/loading to a van or lorry. The TC-120 is also suitable for (dis)assembling interior panels on site.

As standard, this vacuum lifter comes with a 24V charger for electric lifting and tilting system battery and a LED battery meter to check load capacity. 

The TC-120 chassis is mounted on four wheels, two being caster wheels. Its chassis is equipped with a vacuum pump unit and 24V AGM battery system. Powered by a remote control unit, the electric lifting and tilting system is mounted on the chassis and consists of a crane. 

The crane holds the vacuum frame. For maximum manoeuvrability, this vacuum lifter features a rotating and swivelling head to manually move the vacuum unit in any direction. 

The automatic vacuum frame has two extension brackets, each one holding three heavy-duty suction cups. The vacuum unit is equipped with a self-supported vacuum system. Once the system is switched on, it will automatically regulate the under pressure.

The MobyLift TC-120 is available in two versions.

The AM version can handle all kinds of materials: both air-tight and porous materials.

The TM version can only handle air-tight materials.

The MobyLift TC-120 is available in several models.

The TC-120 standard model is extremely manoeuvrable. The low profile design makes it possible to drive underneath machines and pallets.

Has short feet allowing you can drive the SL-model very close to machines.
