The BW Series bandsaw design consists of aluminium or cast-iron flywheels suitable for small or large scale cutting. The electronic brake motor offers extra operational safety. Holytek’s patented design of the quick release saw blade unit and new tilting table mechanism (heavy duty type) offers even more productivity.

 BW-4300

The BW-4300 is powered by a 2HP motor with a table size of 430 x 430 mm and has a wheel size of 430 mm. it is capable of processing a cutting height of 300 mm and a maximum width of 410 mm with a saw blade width of 9.5 mm to 25.4 mm and a blade length of 3.345 mm.

BW-4800

The BW-4800 is powered by a 2HP motor it has a table size of 480 x 480 mm and has a wheel size of 480 mm. This saw can process a cutting height of 300 mm and a maximum width of 462 mm with a saw blade width of 9.5 mm to 31.8 mm and a blade length of 3.640 mm.

BW-5300

Powered by a 2HP motor the BW-5300 has a table size of 530 x 430 mm and has a wheel size of 530 mm. This saw can process a cutting height of 300 mm and a maximum width of 514 mm with a saw blade width of 9.5 mm to 31.8 mm and a blade length of 3.865 mm.

BW-5300H

The BW-5300H has a number of motor options available, it can be powered by either a 3HP (3 phase or 1 phase) or a 5HP, (3 phase) motor. It has a table size of 760 x 530 x 50 mm (LxWxH) and a cast-iron wheel size of 530 mm. This saw can process a cutting height of 350 mm and a maximum width of 510 mm with a saw blade width of 9.5 mm to 38 mm and a blade length of 4.165 mm.

BW-6300H

The BW-5600H has a number of motor options available to suit your operations. It has a table size of 850 x 600 x 50 mm (LxWxH) and a cast-iron wheel size of 630 mm. This saw can process a cutting height of 400 mm and a maximum width of 610 mm with a saw blade width of 6 mm to 38 mm and a blade length of 4.600 mm.
