The Holytek HWR series is a horizontal bandsaw machine concept design which is robust, precise and vibration-free. The auto oil mist saw blade cooling system is guaranteed to produce superior cutting results. The heavy-duty pressure roller unit is ideal for slice cutting (2-4 mm) with a digital readout thickness setting coming as standard.

HWR-300

The HWR-300 can process a maximum cutting capacity of 300 mm width x 300 mm length and a minimum cut piece of 2 mm. Powered by a 20 HP motor the HWR-300 has a variable feed speed of 0 – 40 m/min.

HWR-400

The HWR-400 can process a maximum cutting capacity of 420 mm width x 410 mm length and a minimum cut piece of 5 mm. There is a 5 – 270 mm distance from the 50 mm wide blade to the conveyor. Powered by a 30 HP motor the HWR-400 has a variable feed speed of 0 – 40 m/min.

HWR-650

The HWR-650 can process a maximum cutting capacity of 650 mm width x 200 mm length and a minimum cut piece of 2 mm. Powered by a 30 HP motor and 3 HP feed motor the HWR-650 has a variable feed speed of 0 – 15 m/min.
