Super Width, High-Speed Double Side Planer – HK-1020W, HK-635ARD

Holytek’s top heavy-duty models of super width and high-speed double surface planer.  This series boasts outstanding design features such as more powerful top and bottom rollers, disc feeding motor (HK-635ARD), pneumatic brake motor (HK-1020W), double chain system (HK-1020W), infeed and outfeed roller tables, easy control rotation electric panel, side adjustment handwheel of jointing table and speed meter gauge etc.

HK-1020W

The ruggedly constructed HK-1020W has a 1,000 mm width capacity a maximum height capacity of 200 mm and a wider 8-spiral cutterhead as standard to ensure quieter operations. Equipped with infeed and outfeed support roller tables, this model can easily infeed and outfeed’s wider stock.  Powerful 30 HP main motor drives this machine with the option to upgrade to a 40 HP motor. The 7.5 HP feed drive motor allows for variable speeds of up to 7-20 m/min.

HK-635ARD

The high-speed HK-635ARD double surface planer has a maximum width capacity of 635 mm along with a maximum height capacity of 200 mm. For easy and powerful feeding, the HK-635ARD model operates a powerful double set of outfeed rollers which make this machine ideal for wet timber processing and high speed feeding the outfeed support roller table comes as standard. As standard, this model has a powerful disc motor for high-speed feeding of up to 40 m/min max.  With the standard digital control thickness set up is quick and effortless.
