Roof and floor turning table Buildteq F-500 – The specialist tool for roof and floor production
The Buildteq F-500 efficiently produces roof and floor elements. This table uses CAD data to automatically specify the position of the beams and clamp them securely. If the table is part of a production line, the elements can also be transported, installed, and turned. It is possible to assign processes to multiple elements on one table. The fully automated setup process is performed only during a non-productive time, meaning that there is no waiting time between items. This table produces accurate rectangles and correctly mounted elements in next to no time.
